Process of MK Steel

Step 1
Metal Cutting
The roll-type metal material is cut into sheet form suitable for product production and prepared for the next process.
Step 2
Pretreatment of Metal
The surface of the cut metal sheets is cleaned and treated to remove contaminants, improving adhesion with resin and product quality.
Step 3
Resin Mixing
Resin materials are blended and mixed uniformly according to product specifications to prepare for the coating process.
Step 4
Coating
The mixed resin is evenly applied to the surface of the metal sheets to form an adhesive and protective layer.
Step 5
Lay-up
The pretreated metal sheets and coated materials are aligned and stacked in multiple layers according to the product structure.
Step 6
Press
Heat and pressure are applied to the stacked materials to firmly bond each layer and form the basic product shape.
Step 7
Breakdown
After the press process is completed, the product is separated from the equipment and prepared for subsequent cutting and machining.
Step 8
Cutting
The formed product is precisely cut according to the specified dimensions and processed into the final product shape.
Step 9
Beveling
The edges and corners of the cut product are processed to remove sharp parts and improve appearance quality and safety.
